In this role you lead international, cross‑functional projects with regional to global scope to drive business transformations. You will join Bayer’s Global Business Services Projects Team and advance the VACC leadership model, scaling project capabilities to create value and support the Bayer mission. You manage scope, timelines, governance, and stakeholder alignment, while guiding change and resource planning.

You’ll work on strategic initiatives that impact processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness, in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Admin, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- 3–5 years’ experience in xugodme a project management environment
- PM certifications: Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall (PMP, Prince2)
- Outcome‑oriented mindset focused on delivering results
- Customer‑centric approach to co‑creating solutions
- Adaptable and agile, open to learning and feedback
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
- Fluent in English
