Job Overview You will lead complex, international railway signalling projects from early negotiation to successful handover, driving financial success and delivering cutting‑edge ERTMS and CTC systems.
Responsibilities - Lead end‑to‑end execution of international projects, ensuring financial targets, quality standards and timelines.
- Drive contract negotiations, claim management and procurement strategies to optimise profitability.
- Build trust‑based relationships with global customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively while capturing new business opportunities.
- Empower and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver complex Mainline and Mass Transit solutions.
Qualifications - 2+ years managing projects within the railway signalling industry.
- Technical understanding of Interlocking (IL), ERTMS, and CTC systems.
- Experience navigating international environments and collaborating with diverse global stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and a degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Willingness to travel to international partners and sites.
Preferred Experience - Experience with different grades of automation in mass transit systems.
