In this role you lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation to value realization, aligning with strategic goals and executive sponsorship. You drive planning, governance, risk, and change across functions, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes. You operate with senior leaders and are skilled at translating complexity into clear decisions. This position offers high visibility and the chance to shape major aviation tech initiatives in a collaborative, global environment.

- Lead and deliver cross-functional projects from initiation to value realization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Plan and execute robust project plans with timelines, resources, dependencies, and milestones
- Implement and embed new processes and structures to deliver expected value
- Own project budgets and financials, monitor spend against plan
- Provide direction and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Brief and influence executives; produce concise status updates and leadership-ready reports
- Foster transparency and cross-functional alignment across geographies
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to drive collaboration
- Define objectives with senior leaders and develop delivery strategies




- Build business cases and secure sign-off from sponsors
- Assess readiness and impact of changes; anticipate resistance and mitigate risks
- Support adoption and sustainability of delivered changes
- Define success metrics and gather feedback to measure impact
- Capture lessons learned to inform future delivery

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 6 years delivering multiple projects/programmes, ideally with a technical/IT background and aviation sector exposure
- Exceptional executive communicator with credibility to influence general teams
- Strong project management craft: prioritisation, timelines, governance, delivering results
- Bridge-builder with ability to align goals across diverse teams
- Working xugodme knowledge of organisational change; change-management principles is a plus
- Analytical and articulate with facilitation and presentation skills
- People-oriented leadership with credible, empathetic management
- University degree or equivalent; formal PM training/certification (PMP or PRINCE2) or working toward
