In this role you lead and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives that advance SITA's strategic priorities. You operate with high-level exposure to executives, partnering with sponsors and teams to plan, govern, and realize value across technology, processes, and organizational boundaries. You shape delivery from decision to impact, incorporating change considerations to ensure adoption and sustainability.

This is a high-visibility, impact-driven position that combines program leadership with strategic influence within a global, diverse environment.

- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to value realisation with accountability for scope, pace, and outcomes
- Plan and execute robust project plans including timelines, resources, dependencies, and milestones
- Implement new processes and structures to deliver expected value
- Oversee project budgets, financial planning, and spend
- Provide direction and support to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
- Communicate with executives and senior management with concise, decision-ready materials
- Promote transparency and alignment across functions and geographies
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions through workshops and presentations
- Partner with senior leadership to define delivery strategies and secure sign-off for plans




- Assess readiness and change impact, and incorporate mitigations into delivery plans
- Support adoption and sustainment of changes using change-management principles
- Define success metrics and gather feedback to measure impact
- Capture lessons learned to inform future initiatives

Responsabilidades

- Minimum of 6 years delivering projects/programmes of varying size and complexity
- Proven ability to present to and influence executives and senior management
- Strong project management craft: prioritisation, timelines, governance, delivering results in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across globally dispersed teams
- Fosters cross-team collaboration and resolves issues xugodme proactively
- Familiarity with change-management principles; deep change-management specialization is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong facilitation and presentation skills
- People-oriented leadership and credible stakeholder engagement
- University degree or equivalent; PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or working toward)
