MARLEX is looking for a Remarketing Specialist for a multinational leader in the automotive sector. This is a strategic role within the used car operations area, responsible for managing end-to-end processes related to vehicle repair, refurbishment, and preparation for resale.

Role purpose

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing key remarketing processes, acting as a liaison between regional and local teams to ensure efficient execution of refurbishment operations and excellence across the end-to-end workflow.

Key responsibilities

- Act as a process and cooperation partner for regional functions, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
- Analyse benchmarking data and translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Define and implement local improvement measures.
- Coordinate complaint management processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage contract cancellation processes (transformation, conversion, and reverse transactions).
- Analyse the Repair & Refurbishment process using KPIs and define action plans for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with standard refurbishment business rules.
- Manage purchase, approval, pricing alignment and budget control within the refurbishment process.
- Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end used car process.

Candidate profile

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
- Experience in the premium automotive industry (Aftersales, Sales, Operations or Financial Services preferred).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end used car processes.
- Experience in benchmarking, KPI analysis and process improvement.
- Experience in complaint management.
- Fluent English required (Spanish essential; Portuguese is a plus).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence or similar).
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical, results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
