Overview

Job Summary

As the Reporting and Integrations Analyst, you will be the technical bridge connecting Dayforce with our business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity. You'll manage file transfers, maintain integration health, resolve technical issues, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics to keep our HR systems running smoothly and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics

- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Dayforce to provide visibility into key HR and business metrics
- Analyse key metrics related to business operations, including workforce analytics, headcount trends, turnover rates, absence patterns, and operational efficiency indicators
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualisations and data outputs
- Develop standardised reporting templates and self-service dashboards to enable business users to access critical data independently
- Conduct data quality audits and validation checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Schedule and distribute automated reports to relevant stakeholders on a regular cadence
- Document reporting processes and maintain a centralised catalogue of all reports and dashboards

Dayforce Imports

- Creation of new import templates
- Organise, version control, and maintain a centralised repository for all import templates; ensure templates remain current with system upgrades




- Investigate and resolve import failures; collaborate with stakeholders to correct source data issues

Integrations

- Monitor and maintain integrations between Dayforce and other systems (including Boomi and Integration Studio)
- Design and develop new integrations
- Provide general implementation support for enterprise integrations (e.g. OneApp, Aquera)
- Act as technical liaison between Swissport and Dayforce

Dayforce SFTP

- Securely maintain SFTP credentials and manage access for authorised users
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, file transfer failures, and authentication problems

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Develop and execute test plans for new integrations and system updates
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders

Change Management

- Manage integration changes through established change control procedures

Qualifications and Competencies:

- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Comfortable working with technical systems and learning new platforms
- Attention to detail
- Good time management
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Effective communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
