In this role you will develop and integrate surface protection solutions for future aircraft and ensure durability of structures. You’ll work with Design Office, Methods, and cross-functional teams to optimize production processes for the A350 fuselage and support ramp-up. As a leader within a Multi-Functional Team, you’ll coordinate programs across Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain, driving process improvements and alignment with Airbus programs.

This position involves travel to engage multiple sites and projects.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Collaborate with ME Surface Protection u0026 Painting teams on protection solutions for future aircraft architectures
- Co-design with Design Office and Methods teams to ensure durability and performance
- Lead and coordinate projects as MFT interface between programs, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain




- Drive optimization of A350 fuselage production processes and support ramp-up
- Implement process improvements to meet increased cadences in protection and painting activities
- Travel to engage with multiple sites and project teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, integrity, and Airbus ecosystem requirements

Responsabilidades

- Proven knowledge of surface protection in aerospace
- Experience in production environment (shop floor) and process industrialization
- Technical knowledge of surface protection xugodme (surface treatment, painting, sealants)
- Ability to translate field requirements into process improvements
- Knowledge of composite materials and their interaction with surface protection (plus)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to work effectively in a Multi-Functional Team
- Chemistry competencies (plus)
- Knowledge of the Airbus ecosystem (plus)
- Awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitment
