In this role, you drive operational excellence by elevating quality standards and embedding sustainability across the property. You will partner with all departments to translate quality and environmental objectives into measurable actions that reinforce guest satisfaction and Rosewood’s brand promise. You’ll lead audits, monitor performance, and guide continuous improvement initiatives in a luxury hospitality context.

- Lead and coordinate quality audits (TrustYou, Forbes, LQA)
- Monitor weekly quality performance and review KPIs with Department Heads
- Address guest feedback and opportunities, defining improvement actions with leaders
- Prepare and present monthly Quality performance reports (YTD and forecast)
- Coordinate quality-related training with Training u0026 Development Manager
- Conduct coaching sessions and role plays with operational teams and trainers
- Lead hotel inspections and implement action plans with departments
- Foster continuous improvement and service excellence across the hotel




- Lead sustainability initiatives through the Purpose Committee and cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Culinary, Communications, and Talent u0026 Culture on sustainability and social impact projects
- Develop and monitor sustainability projects aligned with Rosewood’s Purpose strategy
- Lead the Trailblazers program to boost employee engagement in sustainability
- Maintain alignment with Corporate Sustainability teams and brand objectives
- Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact alongside CSR commitments

Responsabilidades

- Experience in Quality, Sustainability, Operations Excellence, or related roles in luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of hotel quality standards and xugodme guest satisfaction metrics
- Experience with TrustYou, Forbes Travel Guide, LQA or similar programs (desirable)
- Understanding of sustainability principles, ESG, and environmental best practices in hospitality
- Proven ability to lead audits, drive corrective actions, and push continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into operational improvements
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder influence
- Fluency in English and Spanish
