In this role, you will administer and optimize quarterly sales incentive processes within the Global Sales Compensation team. You partner with Sales, Finance, HR and IT to design plans, ensure accurate payouts, and manage Anaplan-based Incentive Compensation Management. You contribute to planning, target setting, accruals, and SPIFF initiatives while driving data quality and automation.

The position offers exposure to cross-functional projects and the chance to influence compensation strategy in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Support quarterly sales compensation processes: target setting and scope alignment with objectives
- Administer accruals and payout calculations according to crediting rules and guidelines
- Manage SPIFF design and resolve achievement disputes




- Contribute to optimizing Anaplan ICM tool and data quality
- Participate in annual compensation plan design and effectiveness analysis
- Maintain and update the Sales Compensation Playbook with guidelines and changes

Responsabilidades

- 2–3 years of experience in sales compensation
- Experience with an Incentive Compensation Management tool (Anaplan, CaptivateIQ, Xactly)
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills xugodme across levels
- Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on
- Proficient in Excel; Power BI a plus
- Experience handling large data sets
