As a Sales Engineer you will own the technical aspects of client relationships across the sales cycle, from discovery to go-live, helping merchants map requirements to APIs and solutions. You will collaborate with technology and business teams to articulate capabilities, run demos, and shape proofs of concept. The role supports growth across the EEA, with a focus on Southern Europe, and drives payment performance, security, and compliance discussions with prospects.

This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your technical leadership directly impacts deal success and customer outcomes.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Own technical engagements with merchants from initial contact to deal closure
- Map merchant requirements to APIs and products; design solutions and create internal docs
- Lead demos, POCs, and tailored presentations to prospects
- Provide thought leadership on Payment Performance, Fraud Prevention, Tokenisation, and Payment Methods
- Coordinate technical interactions through calls, workshops, and meetings until the deal is won




- Support RFP/RFI responses and BID management with technical input
- Share market and merchant feedback to inform product improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and 's platform capabilities

Responsabilidades

- 1–3 years in a technical client-facing role (Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales / Implementation)
- Proven ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders in English and Spanish
- Experience translating technical concepts into business terms and required problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive xugodme in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
- Familiarity with API-based integration, REST/JSON, and Postman
- Experience with frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular) and backend (Java, .NET, Python, Node) technologies
- Exposure to RFI/RFP processes and end-to-end payment flows
- Understanding of payments industry, regulations, and payment schemes
- Experience with 3DS, tokenisation, Apple/Google Pay, Open Banking or fraud-risk engines
