Responsibilities

- Engage with private and business clients via phone and email
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions
- Follow up on warm leads – no cold calling!
- Confidently upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services
- Track and achieve sales goals with a target-driven mindset
- Accurately document customer interactions and share insights
- Build long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients

Requirements

- Native/fluent in Dutch,



with solid English communication (B2+)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and systems
- Previous sales experience is a plus – but not required
- Interest in sales, printing, or creative industries is a bonus
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented team player
