As Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead at Omega CRM, you drive the technical progress of martech projects and guide the team to deliver high-quality, profitable solutions. You act as a technical reference, shaping design choices and mentoring colleagues while collaborating with PM, DM, and Client Lead. You identify risks and opportunities, ensuring scope, timeline, and costs align with client expectations.

You’ll work at the intersection of data, personalization, and marketing technology to deliver scalable CX experiences and innovative outcomes.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Provide technical leadership and design input for marketing and martech projects
- Estimate effort and support testing and technical documentation delivery
- Identify risks and deviations, ensuring project profitability and technical objectives




- Collaborate with PM/DM on project demos and client-facing communications
- Advise on best solutions to meet functional requirements and opportunities for up-/cross-selling
- Collaborate with technology providers and contribute to the team’s methodological improvements
- Mentor and train teammates, sharing knowledge within Omega’s community of practice

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years xugodme in a similar role
- Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript
- Experience in HTML and CSS development
- Salesforce certifications are an asset
- High level of English
