In this role you drive sales of Low Voltage IEC motors within designated markets, aligning with ABB’s division strategy. You will grow orders, revenue, and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction, and you’ll identify new sales opportunities. You’ll work in the Motion - Induction Motors team for Center Spain (Madrid u0026amp; Castilla-La Mancha), collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value. This is a hands-on, growth-focused sales position in a global technology leader.

- Sell Low Voltage IEC motors in the designated market/division according to the division strategy
- Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to drive order growth, revenue, profitability, and market share
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and markets
- Communicate delivery, payment terms, and conditions in line with ABB offerings




- Support marketing activities and convey value propositions to customers
- Demonstrate a Hunter profile by prospecting, opening new accounts, and creating pipeline
- Manage sales administration and assist cash collection and project management as needed

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
- Around 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in technical/industrial environments
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce and industrial markets xugodme (COG, Pulp and Paper, Water, HVAC)
- Clear Hunter profile: proactive, able to identify decision makers and build pipeline
- Passion for communication, leadership, problem-solving, empathy and strategic thinking
- Fluent in Spanish and English; valid driver’s license in Spain
