About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO / Record-to-Report (R2R) Consultant. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and end-to-end Record-to-Report processes, with experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support. The role requires close collaboration with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional solutions.

Configure and support SAP FI modules including:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Asset Accounting (AA)

Bank Accounting & Treasury

Tax Configuration

Configure SAP CO components including:

Cost Center Accounting

Internal Orders

Profit Center Accounting

Product Costing

Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) (preferred)

Support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including:

Financial Closing

Month-end & Year-end Closing

Financial Reporting

Reconciliations

Intercompany Accounting

Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and enhancement projects.

Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.





Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments and interfaces.

Support integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.

Perform system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage change requests.

Prepare functional documentation and deliver user training.

Drive continuous process improvement and SAP best practices.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.

Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred).

Good understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.

Experience with financial closing, reporting, reconciliations, and statutory requirements.

Strong knowledge of SAP integration with MM and SD.

Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or AMS/support projects.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 400.00€ - 450.00€ per day
