In this role you will drive SAP SuccessFactors implementations with emphasis on Employee Central and Time Management. You will work with clients to align HR processes with best practices, design and configure systems, and transfer knowledge to maintenance teams. You’ll collaborate across SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to innovate and deliver future-proof solutions.
This is a hands-on, growth-oriented position in a global services environment that values initiative and ongoing learning.

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC/Time Management implementations
- Advise clients on SAP Best Practice and SuccessFactors roadmap
- Facilitate process walkthroughs to map business needs to solution features
- Design and configure SuccessFactors solutions based on HR best practices
- Conduct workshops and training for client key users
- Ensure knowledge transfer to customer and maintenance teams
- Collaborate with international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
Responsabilidades
- Led at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors EC and/or Time Management implementation (additional modules a plus)
- Excellent communication for high-quality presentations to senior stakeholders
- Proactive learner with interest in SAP latest technologies
- SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification

- High English proficiency (B2-C1)
- Autonomous, self-managing and initiative-taking
