The successful candidate will play a key role in creating an engaging library environment, delivering a high-quality ECA programme, and ensuring that the school maintains a safe, compliant and positive learning and working environment for students, staff and visitors.

/li /ulpbr/ppstrongHealth Safety Coordinator /strong /pulliLead and coordinate the school's Health and Safety programme, fostering a proactive culture of safety and wellbeing across the school community.

/liliEnsure the school operates in compliance with applicable Spanish Health and Safety legislation and best practice, working closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Health and Safety leads.

/liliDevelop, implement and regularly review Health and Safety policies, procedures and guidance.

/liliCoordinate and monitor risk assessments across all areas of the school, ensuring appropriate control measures are implemented and regularly reviewed.

/liliMaintain accurate Health and Safety records, statutory documentation and compliance registers.

/liliCoordinate fire safety procedures, evacuation drills and emergency response planning, ensuring all required records are maintained.

/liliInvestigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identify trends and make recommendations to reduce future risk.

/liliMonitor the completion of corrective actions arising from inspections, audits and incident investigations /liliLiaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with the school's Health and Safety requirements while working on site.

/liliCoordinate mandatory Health and Safety training and induction for staff and maintain training records.

/liliAdvise staff on Health and Safety matters and promote good practice throughout the school.





/liliAct as the school's primary point of contact for day-to-day Health and Safety matters.
