In this role you will own the end-to-end data product lifecycle to deliver scalable, self-serve insights for game teams. You’ll lead cross-functional work with engineers, product and analytics to design tracking, models and dashboards at scale, ensuring data quality across products. You’ll mentor peers, promote best practices, and shape the data stack using modern tools. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role within the Playgami team, enabling data-driven decision making for successful games.

- Oversee data product lifecycle including tracking design, data modeling, ELT pipelines, and dashboards
- Guard data quality and ensure consistent metric reporting across data products




- Utilize the modern tech stack (BigQuery, dbt, Looker) to deliver insights
- Provide technical leadership and align with game product teams to improve daily operations and product success
- Mentor teammates and promote best practices within the team

Responsabilidades

- Strong SQL skills with at least 5 years of experience in data analytics or engineering
- Deep expertise with modern data xugodme stack: BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Airflow, GitHub, CLI workflows
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles (Kimball, star schemas)
- Ability to translate business needs into advanced analytics solutions
- Collaborative mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Interest in game product domains and cross-team collaboration
