- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with ability to xugodme translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in global environments
- Knowledge of testing, validation, quality management, and compliance best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with fluent English
