You will design and deliver reliable, scalable data products for enterprise clients. As part of the data solutions team, you’ll build production data models using SQL, dbt, and Python, translating stakeholder questions into scalable solutions. You’ll own end-to-end delivery from scoping to QA and insights, while improving data quality and performance.

You’ll collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and commercial teams and explore AI-enhanced ways to accelerate development. This role offers impact shaping data-first products used by thousands of users.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and build production data models and products using SQL, dbt, Python, and BigQuery
- Turn business questions into scalable solutions with end-to-end ownership from scoping to insights
- Diagnose and improve data quality, query performance, and cost across large datasets
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Commercial, and Account Management to align requirements and timelines
- Leverage AI to speed up development, analysis, scoping,



and documentation, including potential automated quality checks
- Share dbt expertise and contribute to enterprise and internal initiatives, including on-call rotation for enterprise data products

Responsabilidades

- Expert-level SQL and production-grade dbt experience (incremental models, testing, performance tuning)
- Strong data-modeling skills with track record of production data models
- Fluent data-warehouse experience with BigQuery or equivalent, including cost/performance diagnosis
- Proficient in Python for data analysis/product development and testing/documentation xugodme
- Strong stakeholder-management and ability to justify trade-offs and move work forward
- Direct, pragmatic, collaborative working style with AI-driven improvements in solo and distributed team contexts
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
