In this role, you will design, implement, and operate security-oriented backend services that power customer journeys. You’ll work with senior engineers to translate requirements into robust designs and deliver incremental improvements. You will enhance observability, testing, and developer workflows while solving production incidents and reducing root causes.

You’ll contribute to data modelling, caching, and performance refinements, taking ownership of larger service areas over time. This position offers impact by building shared security foundations for multiple products and markets.

- Translate requirements into maintainable designs and incremental delivery plans with seniors and team leads
- Write clean, well-tested code and improve testing, documentation,



and developer workflows
- Build observability into services using logs, metrics, and traces to understand production behavior
- Participate in on-call rotation, investigate incidents, and help remove root causes
- Contribute to data modelling, caching, asynchronous processing, resilience, and performance improvements
- Participate in code and design reviews and progressively own larger service areas and decisions

Responsabilidades

- +4 years of professional backend experience in Go xugodme or Java
- Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, databases, testing, version control, and basic distributed systems
- Production debugging experience (preferred)
- English required; Spanish preferred
