As Senior Business Analyst in the Resource Capacity Management Capability, you will help shape and improve Allianz Technology’s global resource and time tracking. You’ll drive standardization, automation, and governance across IT-driven processes, delivering measurable impact for users and the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to align processes with business goals and regulatory requirements.

This role blends analytical strength with workflow design to support efficient project delivery and cost optimization.

- Own end-to-end business processes including architecture, performance, compliance, and governance aspects; enhance usability and accuracy with automation and reporting improvements, including AI-driven insights
- Act as Functional Product Owner for ITBM/SPM on ServiceNow and Jira/Tempo, and support integrations with SuccessFactors, IAM, SAP CPI, SAP BW, Power BI, and eazyBI
- Provide 3rd-level expert support for IT operations during Change/Problem/Incident handling; drive backlog, development, testing, deployment, and onboarding cycles




- Conduct stakeholder alignment and SME engagement across the AZ Technology footprint; contribute to value realization and cost-reduction initiatives
- Lead Change Management through knowledge bases, user guidelines, digital training, and continuous improvements based on feedback

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of experience in business procedure management for resource and capacity management
- End-to-end and cross-functional procedural understanding in IT-supported environments
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and implementation-focused skills
- Solid knowledge of workflow modeling standards and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication xugodme in international settings
- Affinity for metrics, KPIs, process maturity, and performance management
- Ability to translate complexity into clear procedural solutions
- Experience as project portfolio/PMO or service/business application manager
- PM methodologies (PMP, agile, hybrid) certifications are a plus
- Experience with MS Teams, Excel, Power BI, JIRA; AI tools familiarity
- English fluent; German/Spanish/French a plus
