In this role you drive the development and scaling of knowledge management and AI-enabled capabilities for Medtronic's IHS across EurAsia. You will transform project learnings and insights into scalable assets, standard approaches, and AI-ready content to boost delivery quality and impact. The position is remote in Western Europe with travel (~30%), working with cross-market consulting teams to advance healthcare transformation.

You help shape how knowledge and AI unlock value for hospitals, payers, and health systems.

- Lead the governance and evolution of the IHS knowledge management ecosystem, capturing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Design and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows to improve knowledge access, productivity, and delivery consistency
- Scale consulting delivery via standardized toolkits, governance frameworks, and reusable assets across markets




- Collaborate with EurAsia consulting teams to convert learnings and insights into AI-ready content and reusable knowledge assets
- Support healthcare transformation projects through analytics, business case development, and consulting expertise for hospitals and health systems
- Promote adoption of knowledge assets and AI capabilities across consulting and commercial teams to improve efficiency and quality at scale

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of consulting experience including strategy development, implementation, and results delivery
- Experience developing or managing knowledge management frameworks, xugodme digital platforms, or reusable consulting methodologies
- Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, or digital solutions to improve processes, knowledge management, or consulting delivery
- Strong project management experience including stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and delivery oversight
- Professional English communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
