In this role you oversee supplier and RM qualification and quality performance at the Haag premix site, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with sites to address quality and food safety issues and ensure supplier documentation and RM specifications align with standards. You play a key part in maintaining efficient supply chains and high-quality pet food inputs.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Manage supplier and RM qualification for the site based on dsm-firmenich and customer requirements
- Support sites on quality and food safety troubleshooting; regularly assess improvement initiatives and adjust for ongoing progress
- Perform thorough risk assessments of suppliers to identify quality issues and disruptions; create mitigation strategies




- Support site in RM performance issues
- Ensure smooth documentation and know-how transition related to Pet Food supplier management for the region
- Ensure RM specifications aligned with suppliers (if applicable) available in LIMS

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or another related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, QA or similar in food or pharmaceutical industry
- Auditing experience
- Knowledge xugodme of applicable feed/food standards and relevant regulations
- Pet food quality experience desired
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
