As Senior Contract Manager, you will oversee commercial and contractual activities for large energy projects, guiding contracts through their full lifecycle from tendering to execution. You’ll collaborate with procurement, legal, and cross-functional teams to shape strategies, manage risks, and lead claim negotiations. You will maintain meticulous records, monitor performance and variances, and report status to senior leadership.

This role offers impact by enabling delivery of complex, capital-intensive projects in a global firm known for its project and cost management expertise.

- Oversee contract lifecycle and change/claims management for large energy projects
- Develop tender strategies in collaboration with business functions
- Monitor supply chain developments and provide market intelligence on risks
- Support development of PQQs, tender docs, evaluation criteria, and scopes of work; evaluate FEED and EPCI proposals




- Coordinate with procurement and legal on commercial matters; lead contract negotiations and dispute resolution
- Maintain comprehensive records and assess contract variations per provisions
- Ensure contract compliance across lifecycle; monitor deliverables and report variances
- Conduct data analysis and reporting for forecasting, planning, and record-keeping
- Communicate contract status to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years' contract management experience within major capital xugodme programs
- University degree in relevant subject area (e.g., project management, engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business)
- Experience across the full life cycle of projects including change management and contract claims
- Extensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations
- Understanding of financial analysis and reporting of project budgets
- Ability to build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships
- Fluency in Spanish and English
