As a Senior Engineer in our Bridges and Structures group, you will contribute to iconic transportation projects across global teams. You’ll guide design work, coordinate small teams, and ensure technical goals and budgets are met. The role sits within Enterprise Capabilities, enabling cross-border collaboration and standardized design processes.

You’ll work on multidisciplinary projects from concept to detailed design, shaping resilient infrastructure. This is a chance to grow within a global network and impact communities worldwide.

- Lead small design teams focused on structural design for specific projects
- Coordinate design work and perform quality control reviews of calculations and drawings
- Conduct value engineering evaluations and propose alternative designs, materials, or techniques




- Work autonomously within established procedures and set priorities
- Ensure project milestones and budgets are met
- Prepare complex deliverables with junior staff and mentor less experienced team members
- Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and support large Design and Build projects

Responsabilidades

- Master degree in Civil Engineering
- +5 years of experience in bridges and/or structures design
- Experience with international standards (AASTHO; AREMA; Australian xugodme Codes; British Standards)
- Proficiency with bridge/structure software (Midas Civil preferred; CSiBridge, SAP2000)
- Experience with international and multicultural teams
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Ability to solve complex issues with limited direction
