As Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Barcelona, you will own and optimize critical production systems to ensure reliable, high-performing services for customers. You’ll operate within a measurable, KPI-driven ops environment and collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to meet non-functional requirements. You’ll drive automation, observe AI-assisted capabilities, and improve incident response.

This role places you at the heart of scalable, secure infrastructure in a globally distributed setting.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Operate global production infrastructure with high availability and performance for customer-facing services
- Own incidents end-to-end with rapid resolution and clear stakeholder communication
- Improve SLA adherence, MTTR, and operational KPIs in a measurable framework
- Troubleshoot cross-platform issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud
- Advance monitoring, alerting, and observability practices
- Identify and implement automation (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling)
- Contribute to AI-assisted operations and intelligent automation where applicable
- Collaborate with DevOps,



Engineering, and Security to meet availability, performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Ensure governance and ISO 27001-related security controls
- Maintain runbooks and documentation for operational readiness
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

Responsabilidades

- 3 to 5 years in infrastructure/platform operations roles
- Experience with on-premise enterprise infrastructure
- Experience in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management)
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Troubleshooting across Linux/Windows, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) xugodme
- Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Scripting or programming (Python, Bash)
- Exposure to AI/automation tooling in operations
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing)
- ITIL or SRE-based operational model experience
