In this role you’ll maximize Nordex’s value from IP by analyzing patent and product landscapes in wind energy, tracking early trends, and guiding strategic decisions with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to technology development, lead IP creation activities, and communicate risk-aware insights to stakeholders. The position sits at the intersection of Ru0026amp;D, strategy, and IP, shaping how Nordex capitalizes on innovations.

- Map and monitor patent and product portfolios of key wind and energy players
- Identify early technology and market trends and align with business priorities
- Engage in concept and technology development discussions to influence IP direction
- Create clear reports and communications for stakeholders across Product Strategy, Sales, Ru0026D, Service, and IP
- Lead IP creation and brainstorming sessions to generate executable ideas
- Assess IP-related risks and design mitigation plans
Responsabilidades xugodme
- M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in Intellectual Property/Business Strategy/Negotiation
- 7+ years in Ru0026D, innovation insight, benchmarking, and market intelligence
- English at C1 level; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus
- Willingness to travel
