In this role you will support the Medical Information team by providing accurate, approved responses to medical inquiries in Italian and English. You will handle adverse event reporting and maintain meticulous documentation, contributing to 24/7 enquiry support for contracted clients. You’ll assist with PV inspections and regulatory readiness, helping to uphold safety and compliance across the pharmacovigilance system.

This position suits a detail‑driven communicator who collaborates with cross‑functional teams to protect patient safety.

- Provide approved medical responses in Italian and English to external inquiries
- Identify, document and report adverse events and other safety signals within required timelines
- Ensure complete tracking and documentation of inquiries in the Medical Information database xugodme
- Join out-of-hours support for 24/7 enquiry handling service
- Provide management with status updates and metrics on enquiries
- Assist in PV regulatory inspection preparedness and participate in PV inspections/audits
