As Senior Manager, Learning u0026amp; Capability Development, you design scalable digital and blended learning that build essential business capabilities. You’ll partner with leaders to translate capability gaps into practical development pathways and measurable impact. You will shape commercial and marketing learning journeys and drive adoption across a global, matrixed organisation.

This role blends content design, data-driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration to advance talent priorities. A key hook is shaping enterprise capability through scalable, learner-centred solutions.

- Lead digital learning strategy and enterprise learner journey design across content and curricula
- Define scalable digital and blended learning approaches aligned to enterprise capability priorities
- Curate and build learning pathways for commercial, marketing and other key functions

- Ensure learning solutions are adopted, embedded and reinforced by managers
- Establish clear objectives, audiences, success measures, and business outcomes for learning journeys
- Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in learning
- Monitor participation, engagement, completion, and impact to refine learning relevance
- Collaborate with Leadership u0026 Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management u0026 Change, People Analytics to align with enterprise priorities
- Promote disciplined HR systems usage to enable reliable reporting and insights

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7-10 years of experience in learning strategy, instructional design, or capability development
- Experience building capability solutions for Sales, Marketing, Commercial, etc.
- Expertise xugodme in digital learning design, blended approaches, and scalable curriculum architecture
- Ability to diagnose gaps and translate needs into measurable development solutions
- Experience with functional academies or large-scale capability initiatives desirable
- Experience curating external content and evaluating off-the-shelf solutions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency with HR/learning systems (SAP SuccessFactors, LMS, Power BI) and Excel
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed, international organisation
- Strong project leadership, stakeholder management and execution capabilities
- Comfort with evolving data maturity and changing capability frameworks
