As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive cross-functional initiatives within Morningstar DBRS to support the Credit Group’s strategic goals. You will coordinate globally distributed teams, own project plans, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll manage scope, risks, and metrics, while enabling continuous improvement and clear communication with senior stakeholders.

This role offers meaningful impact through shaping multi-functional programs that align with business objectives and OKRs.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of project management experience
- PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Asana; Jira a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, preferably in software development or business operations
- Experience facilitating global xugodme team collaboration and engagement with senior leadership
- Strong communication, listening, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to influence decision-making and foster healthy team debate
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Coaching capabilities for teams and stakeholders
