In this builder-first role, you design and ship governed AI applications for Global Corporate Affairs, turning ideas into production-ready solutions that respect data sovereignty and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with engineering, legal, security, and business teams to deliver multi-agent AI systems, RAG pipelines, and governance-enabled platforms at scale. The role blends hands-on coding with architecture leadership to foster trustworthy, production-grade AI across regions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead end-to-end technical design for AI solutions across General Corporate Affairs and enterprise stakeholders
- Make and document model strategy choices (foundation models, fine-tuning, multi-provider orchestration, RAG) with clear rationale
- Identify and build shared components, agent patterns, and governance instrumentation to accelerate delivery
- Translate sovereignty policy into infrastructure, including model routing, data residency, and hosting decisions
- Design and ship multi-agent LLM systems, write orchestration code, implement sovereignty-aware routing, and enable human-in-the-loop controls
- Partner with external vendors, agencies and third-party providers to evaluate tools and shape requirements
- Build governed RAG pipelines with hallucination guards and immutable audit logging
- Deliver POCs in days with progression gates to pilot and production
- Implement governance-as-code, including classification/tiering logic, model registration, approval workflows,



monitoring, and audit trails
- Engineer systems to meet multi-jurisdictional data protection and AI regulations; ensure architectural resilience and cross-border compliance
- Own delivery from design to production, with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, incident response automation, and capacity management
- Build data pipelines and controls for quality, governance, and reuse of sensitive data
- Lead model quality and assurance with drift monitoring, fairness pipelines, and AI red-teaming
- Promote reuse and patterns across functions and enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to measure adoption and impact using KPIs/KRIs
- Represent delivery in enterprise AI governance forums and contribute to engineering standards

Responsabilidades

- Built AI applications inside a large, regulated enterprise
- Experience delivering AI solutions for enabling functions such as Corporate Affairs, HR, Legal, or Compliance xugodme
- Ability to embed with business teams and translate ambiguous needs into technical prototypes
- Strong governance and operational resilience in code and architecture
- Ability to move from idea to working PoC in days
- Deep expertise in AI governance, resilience, and regulatory compliance
- Technical authority in designing multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and production AI
- Experience implementing cross-border data sovereignty and governance for multiple jurisdictions
- Comfort explaining technical choices to business users and documenting for auditors
- Mentorship and ability to raise engineering standards while contributing as an individual contributor
- Proficiency in partnering with IT, legal, privacy, and external vendors
