As Senior Product Manager for FX, you will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of core client-facing FX capabilities within Ebury’s platform. You will shape scalable, compliant FX solutions that support general growth and multi-channel experiences, collaborating with payments, lending, and engineering teams to drive rapid, high-quality product launches. This role combines market insight with data-driven prioritization to maximize FX performance and platform resilience, aligned with Ebury’s platform-led transformation.

- Manage operational and regulatory risks; coordinate with other domains to align goals
- Act as a subject matter expert on global FX, validating problems through research and user feedback
- Prioritize with data-driven approach to balance customer needs and growth objectives; consider derivatives and platform resilience
- Monitor FX performance metrics (margins,



conversion, market share, efficiency) and identify opportunities for growth
- Influence decision-making across squads by providing business context to engineering, data, and design teams
- Mentor and assess junior PMs, sharing learnings and shaping team culture

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in Product Management with at least 2+ years in FX
- Practical FX market structure knowledge (spot, forwards, options, regulation)
- Experience building and scaling API-first products for developers or enterprises
- Ability to synthesize complex xugodme technical, financial, and regulatory information into actionable plans
- Strong verbal and written communication to influence stakeholders
- Experience in global or multi-regional FinTech environments (desirable)
- User-centric approach
- Knowledge of data-driven prioritization and strategy
