As Product Manager for Global Accounts and Payment Rails, you define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Thunes' global collections and settlement capabilities. You’ll enable banks, wallets, fintechs, and merchants to move money efficiently across borders using multi-currency Virtual Accounts and local rails. You will own the end-to-end process from ideation to GTM and performance feedback, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

This role offers impact at scale in a fast-growing, regulated payments environment. You will help shape a core part of Thunes’ growth and global payments infrastructure.

- Define and own the strategy and roadmap for General Accounts and local rail integrations aligned with company growth.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of new global and domestic payment schemes and participation models.
- Accelerate the B2B cross-border payments lifecycle, improving speed, transparency,



and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Network, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Sales to ensure readiness and regulatory adherence.

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of Product Management in FinTech/Financial Services focused on payments, banking, or core infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with bank payment rails and national schemes (e.g., SEPA, FPS, ACH, Direct Debit, real-time schemes).
- Proven VA/IBAN/account identifier capabilities for corporate clients.
- Strong ability to articulate complex payment requirements to technical and non-technical audiences. xugodme
- Knowledge of general cash management, settlement, and safeguarding in a B2X cross-border context.
