As Senior Product Manager for Alexa in Portugal, you will shape the local experience by defining the product vision and roadmap grounded in Portuguese customer needs. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, localization, marketing, and operations to deliver measurable improvements in the Alexa experience. You will navigate ambiguity, balance short-term delivery with long-term architecture, and make high-judgment decisions to scale AI-powered features.

- Define and execute the Alexa Portugal product vision and strategy, focusing on what and why for the local market
- Own end-to-end roadmap: identify opportunities, prioritize, and deliver customer-impacting improvements
- Resolve ambiguous problems using customer insights and data to set goals and design scalable solutions
- Act as Voice of the Customer through research, usability studies, and market analysis for Portuguese users
- Drive data-informed decision making: establish success metrics and analyze user behavior to prioritise opportunities

Responsabilidades
- Experience in customer-facing product development, including defining, launching, and optimizing products/services
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing without direct reporting lines
- Experience with product localization and creating locally relevant customer experiences
- Experience applying GenAI tools to accelerate delivery or improve quality
- Native-level fluency in written and verbal Portuguese (C2) with cultural fluency
