As a Project Manager with a Prime mindset, you lead large-scale space programs, coordinating diverse clients, teams, suppliers, and partners. You own technical, cost, and schedule accountability, guiding projects from planning to delivery. You’ll drive risk management, governance, and profitability while aligning with Indra Space’s mission to advance European space autonomy. This role offers impact on flagship space initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across a global ecosystem.

- Lead large-scale projects as Prime/Coordinator across multiple clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and providers in the space ecosystem
- Define planning structures (WBS/EDT), schedules, and resource allocation
- Oversee execution within scope, budget, and timeline
- Identify and manage technical, cost, and schedule risks with mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with corporate processes and performance metrics
- Manage budgets, cost control, and assess profitability




- Drive stakeholder communications and adapt messaging
- Promote adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies within projects

Responsabilidades

- Strong leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple suppliers
- Knowledge of PM methodologies: PMBOK (advanced), Prince2 (medium), Scrum/Kanban (medium/basic)
- Experience with PM tools: MS Project (advanced), Primavera P6 (medium), CA Clarity and Rational (medium), HP PPM and Redmine (basic)
- Knowledge of systems engineering including MBSE and xugodme system integration
- Experience with PLM tools (Windchill) and requirement management tools (DOORS - advanced)
- Strong risk management across proposal and execution phases
- Knowledge of ECSS standards (advanced)
- Familiarity with space/defense/satellite domains a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (expert level)
