As a Senior Recruiter at OneTrust you will drive full lifecycle recruitment across multiple business units, ensuring a strong candidate experience. You’ll source talent through diverse channels, coach hiring managers, and support campus recruitment events to build a robust pipeline. You’ll champion OneTrust values and recruiting best practices while adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role offers impact across GTM and Gu0026amp;A teams, contributing to OneTrust’s mission of responsible innovation in AI governance.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting across GTM and Gu0026A
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and analytical skills xugodme
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and team-based project experience
- Ability to manage short deadlines and fill multiple positions
