We're looking for a Senior SAP Basis Admin to join our team in Madrid, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP environments, including S/4HANA and BW systems. You will ensure system stability, performance optimization, and security, collaborating with functional and technical teams to support complex projects and critical business processes for a leading integral wealth management organization.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including S/4HANA and BW
- Plan and implement SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Monitor and optimize system performance to maintain operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues in a timely manner
- Administer SAP BTP,



including Subaccount and space management
- Develop and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Design and deploy custom roles and composite profiles using PFCG and XAMS for security compliance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all configurations, processes, and operational procedures
- Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to support SAP deployments and projects
- Ensure compliance with security policies, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience as an SAP Basis Administrator
- Proven experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related SAP products
- Expertise in both Unix/Linux and Windows environments for system administration
- Familiarity with SAP S
