In this role you will help evolve Ebury’s core transactional platform for multi-currency accounts and payments. You’ll own design, scalability, and performance of high-volume money movements within a global engineering team. You’ll translate complex financial requirements into robust technical solutions and mentor others to uphold high engineering standards.

Responsabilidades
- Proven track record designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, highly available software systems
- Hands-on experience in payments, fintech, or banking domains
- Tech-agnostic mindset with fluency in at least one major backend language
- Strong experience with distributed xugodme architectures, asynchronous messaging, and relational databases
- Experience with production readiness, APIs, external system integration, and observability
- Excellent written and spoken English communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
