In this role you will own end-to-end hiring for business functions at Huspy, from sourcing to offer, while delivering a fast, quality candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to design hiring plans and build strong pipelines to meet current and future needs. You’ll use data to inform decisions and continuously elevate recruitment processes, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

This position offers the chance to scale teams across rapidly expanding markets and shape Huspy’s growth through strategic talent acquisition.

- Manage data and processes in the ATS (Revolut People) with clean pipelines and reporting
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvements and raise hiring standards

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years of business recruitment in a fast-scaling startup
- Fluent in Italian
- Proven track record hiring business profiles xugodme
- Strong sourcing expertise, creative and persistent in building pipelines
- Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Data-driven problem-solving approach
- Curious and resourceful, able to navigate ambiguity
- Motivated by leveraging AI tools and improving processes
