In this role, you will build and evolve core test infrastructure that supports Fire TV test authoring, storage, sharing, and execution across local, FireOS, and partner environments. You will collaborate with engineers, QA, pipelines, and partners to design scalable systems that enable reliable testing at scale. You’ll shape platform capabilities, contribute to architecture, and promote best practices for distributed test tooling.

This role offers hands-on work with automation, observability, and cross-team impact that touches millions of Fire TV customers.

- Design APIs, plug-in models, and orchestration layers to run tests across local environments, build pipelines, and partner networks




- Translate functional requirements into robust solutions integrating with device communication layers and developer tools
- Evaluate and select test frameworks, execution systems, and developer tools
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and code reviews
- Implement core components enabling seamless test execution across development environments and partner ecosystems
- Troubleshoot xugodme integration issues and participate in discussions shaping testing architecture
- Analyze metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve reliability

Responsabilidades

- Experience in professional software development (non-internship)
- Experience designing or architecting scalable systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling)
