A US enterprise software leader, already embedded in major general organisations, is scaling its technical capability across France and South EMEA. The platform identifies accessibility issues at code level and helps dev teams fix them in real time, right inside their CI/CD workflows.
This isn't a demo engineer role. It's a technical builder role with real autonomy. You'd partner with the Regional Sales Director in France, own the technical side of €500K+ enterprise deal cycles, and shape how the company operates technically in the region.
What you'll be doing:
? Running technical discovery and delivering tailored demos to enterprise dev teams
? Leading 2-4 week PoCs with defined technical success criteria and weekly check-ins
? Supporting 15-20 active deals across direct and partner-led motions
? Enabling in-region partners and assisting with onboarding and early implementation
? Driving upsell and expansion through technical credibility
? Acting as the technical face of the business in France The tech is proper depth, not surface-level SaaS. Expect modern front-end stacks (React, Node, Angular), CI/CD environments, test automation frameworks (Cypress, WebDriverIO, Puppeteer) and AI-enabled tooling. You'll be talking to engineers who care about what they ship, and you'll need to earn their trust.
What you'll bring:
✅ 2+ years in a Solutions or Sales Engineer role
✅ Modern front-end development experience
✅ Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and hands-on test automation exposure
✅ Comfort in PoC-led, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
✅ Experience engaging directly with developers
✅ Native-level French plus strong English
By the end of year one, you'd be the technical authority in-region, supporting €2M+ in influenced revenue and helping scale the SE function as it grows.
