What Youll Be Doing

- Support Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot product and service issues (full training provided)
- Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with a friendly, multicultural team

What You Bring

- Spanish (C2) and at least B2-level English




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, curious attitude and willingness to learn
- No prior experience required we will train you
- Must be living in Greece or willing to relocate (remote work only within Greece)
