Join Factorial as a Staff AI Analytics Engineer to advance an AI-enabled analytics platform used by millions. You’ll shape data transformations, semantic models, and high-performance pipelines, bridging complex databases with natural language querying. The role blends engineering leadership with hands-on delivery to raise data quality, performance, and scalability.

You’ll partner with product and data teams to deliver intelligent analytics experiences that drive business impact. This is a chance to influence how AI is embedded across the data stack and product.

- Lead evolution of the analytics platform and translate data into actionable insights for millions of users
- Design and implement high-performance pipelines using ClickHouse and Kafka-based streaming
- Define and build custom semantic models/semantic cubes including measures, dimensions, joins, and pre-aggregations
- Integrate LLMs into analytics workflows (text-to-SQL, natural-language querying,



conversational BI) with governance and accuracy
- Apply advanced prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and embedding-based retrieval (RAG over structured data)
- Develop shared capabilities to enable other teams to build intelligent analytical experiences
- Lead architectural decisions around analytics modeling, performance, governance, observability, and scalability
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science to convert business questions into scalable solutions

Responsabilidades

- Strong SQL skills with hands-on xugodme ClickHouse experience (optimizations, materialized views, MergeTree)
- Solid understanding of OLAP fundamentals and dimensional modeling
- Experience defining/building semantic layers/semantic cubes (e.g., Cube.js)
- Experience integrating LLMs into structured data analytics (RAG, text-to-SQL, tool calling)
