In this role you will oversee the Valencia studio's daily operations and workspace experience, ensuring alignment with global policies and regional regulations. You will manage budgets, optimize workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders to support development teams. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, foster an inclusive, service‑oriented culture, and act as the operational backbone bridging global strategy with local execution.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Align studio operations with general policies and Spanish regulations; serve as local implementer for 2K/T2 projects
- Support the Operations Director with projects and global metrics
- Plan, manage, and control the annual studio budget; monitor expenses and ensure financial objectives
- Identify blockers and inefficiencies; build scalable workflows and metrics for continuous improvement
- Approve expenses, ensure vendor compliance, and manage procurement within global frameworks
- Maintain an optimal environment for game design and collaboration




- Oversee facilities and workplace experience, upgrades, and infrastructure changes
- Foster a diverse, equitable, and wellbeing‑focused culture; elevate the studio workspace
- Lead, mentor, and set goals for Administrative, Workplace Experience, Facilities/Safety, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Wellbeing teams
- Promote CSR initiatives and coordinate studio events celebrating the diverse community

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or MBA
- Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience in Operations Management, ideally in a global, tech xugodme or creative environment
- Strong written and interpersonal communication; ability to connect with diverse profiles
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for internal updates and external engagement
- High attention to detail with a service‑oriented approach
- Knowledge of project management principles; capable of structuring and delivering cross‑functional initiatives
- Ability to generate metrics, analyze operational data, and drive continuous improvement
- Proven leadership to manage a diverse team and cultivate an inclusive culture
