In this role you will conduct on-site property inspections and precise measurements to determine reinstatement costs for diverse properties. You will work as part of a collaborative team, applying cost data from multiple sources and aligning with industry guidelines. The role offers UK/EMEA/general travel and opportunities to contribute to scalable cost assessments and client-facing projects.

You will be supported by a team with a strong retention culture and growth mindset, focusing on development and quality of work.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- conduct property site inspections, take measurements and notes, photograph and document conditions
- perform accurate gross internal area measurements using digital tools (e.g., CostX)
- build reinstatement cost estimates including site clearance, temporary works, fees,



and professional costs per RICS guidelines
- perform cost research using online databases, internal publications, and client-provided data
- travel to sites across UK, Europe, and globally as required

- attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- RCA experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- willingness to learn and be part of a team
- flexible to travel within UK, Europe and globally
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- experience with measurement software is a plus
- valid full driving license
