As a Talent Acquisition Consultant for EMEA, you drive talent sourcing and recruitment across German- or French-speaking markets. You combine traditional recruiting with AI-enabled tools, talent intelligence, and employer branding to attract top candidates. You collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver a seamless hiring experience. This role places you at the forefront of digital recruitment within a global, inclusive culture that values sustainability and ethics.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Source candidates via extensive internet/database searches for open roles and strategic projects
- Conduct proactive cold recruiting to engage passive candidates
- Perform phone interviews and outreach through research-driven and marketing-assisted approaches
- Maintain accuracy of the hiring process in the ATS/system
- Support internal and external clients with high-quality service
- Promote the staffing model internally across levels
- Manage third-party vendors, maintain relationships, and ensure process compliance




- Contribute to talent attraction initiatives using language skills, digital/AI tools, and employer branding to raise visibility and candidate engagement in the market

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in recruiting, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, IT sectors
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-focused approach
- Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills xugodme
- Interest in digital innovation, AI-enabled recruiting, and continuous improvement

- Fluent English; fluent German or French; third language is a plus
