In this role, you drive the digitization of Trade Finance for clients, implementing eBanking Trade Finance solutions and providing Level 1 support for front-end assets. You will lead end-to-end delivery, demos, and onboarding to ensure smooth client adoption. The position sits within the Trade Finance Service Centre, supporting major European markets and enabling efficient, scalable customer experiences.
You will work with cross-functional teams to configure, register, and activate interfaces, shaping how clients access banking services in a digital-first environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define scope with clients and Relationship Managers, lead implementation, and maintain progress dashboards with weekly reports
- Promote eBanking solutions through live demos to support client onboarding
- Master eBanking functionalities and stakeholder roles to configure and launch solutions
- Manage customer contracts,
ensure registration, create user accounts, and activate bank-to-bank interfaces
- Provide prompt operational support, handle client queries, escalate incidents, and process internal user-profile requests
Responsabilidades
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience (CF2 or CF3)
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Arabic
- French language proficiency is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of banking or Trade Finance is a plus
- Rigorous, organized, xugodme and able to manage multiple parallel projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross-functional discussions and perform Cold Calls
