In this role you drive AI product development within the Data Intelligence team to optimize aviation operations and reduce CO2 emissions. You will coordinate cross-functional work with Flight Operations and AI Modeling experts, ensuring safety and operational standards. You’ll act as the technical liaison with contractors and partners, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to adjacent product efforts.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Manage the technical development of AI products, including new features and bug fixes
- Develop and manage the product development plan
- Collaborate with Flight Operations Expert and AI Model Engineer to meet safety and operational requirements
- Serve as the technical point of contact for AI product development with contractors and stakeholders




- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
- Mentor the Junior AI Engineer in new product development and maintenance
- Contribute expertise to other product development as needed

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in AI product development with Python and project management
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their xugodme application in product development
- Experience working in the aviation industry
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
