As Technical Product Owner for a product/experience stream, you drive end-to-end technical execution across mobile, web, and backend, aligning strategy with delivery. You act as the bridge between product intent and engineering delivery, coordinating across product, architecture, program management, UX, and engineering. You’ll shape release-ready backlogs, manage scope and decisions, and embed quality and compliance early to enable scalable, high-quality releases.

This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven improvements, and measurable customer outcomes in a healthcare context.

- Own end-to-end technical product execution from concept to launch and continuous improvement
- Translate outcome-based strategy into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready backlogs
- Define scope, decision rights, and accountability boundaries across teams
- Lead cross-functional operating cadence with Product, Commercial, Systems Engineering, Architecture, Program Management, and Ru0026D
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture on trade-offs balancing speed, quality, compliance, and business value

- Embed quality and compliance guardrails early in the lifecycle (shift-left testing, clear controls, traceable decisions)
- Drive stream-aligned delivery metrics and OKRs to improve predictability, throughput, and customer impact
- Support reusable platform and shared experience-service adoption with Platform u0026 Delivery teams
- Maintain strong documentation and communication of technical product decisions and rationale

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Engineering, or Technical Program Management
- Strong technical fluency xugodme across mobile/web/backend; hands-on experience in React Native, Go, and/or Python strongly preferred
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Ability to decompose ambiguous business goals into executable engineering work
- Strong agile execution skills (backlog refinement, story mapping, sprint planning, dependency/risk management)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including influence without formal authority
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
