As Technical Program Manager, you will drive end-to-end AI-driven implementations for banks, fintechs, and payment providers, coordinating with Product, Data Science, and Engineering. You’ll translate requirements into practical AI/ML solutions and ensure on-time, measurable impact across global deployments. You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders to enable adoption and scalability of AI-powered financial crime detection.

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects with general customers
- Serve as primary contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project planning, timelines, and execution with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE)
- Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models




- Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions
- Present milestones, results, and success metrics to senior stakeholders
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in SQL
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts
- Fluent English xugodme (spoken and written)
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience with Big Data or Apache Spark (Advantage)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Advantage)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (Advantage)
- Professional working proficiency in French (Advantage)
- Experience in financial crime and compliance such as AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or KYC (Advantage)
- Professional fluency in French and English is required
